Here are some resources every church should have to assure that you are prepared for every aspect of your work.

CD Fast Start Training Program    NEW!          #6000    $34.95

A visual, interactive and thought-provoking training program designed for use with all Youth Ministry Volunteers (teachers, assistants, nursery angels & others.) Each of the 5 units require 15-20 minutes to process. Can be used individually, in small groups around a computer, or projected on a screen. Notebook pages can be printed directly from the disc.

To use this program you will need:

PC with Windows 98 +, a display resolution of 1024x768, Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a CD Rom drive. It also runs on a MAC with OS 10.3 if you manually open Internet Explorer.

Our Eastern Region Association of Unity Churches currently offers several opportunities for training for our YED's, teachers, ministers, board members, and parents.

• Youth Educators Conference: Every year in March we provide you with a conference that has a keynote presenter and workshop that will bring you some of the latest techniques and ideas for spiritually nurturing our children. Most spiritual educator's who attend this conference will agree that this is a time of practical training, networking, and inspiration. Educators from all over our Eastern Region gather for this weekend and have left inspired and refreshed--ready to bring some new life to their programs for children (and teens).

• Youth Ed Director's Retreat: Join the many Youth Ed Directors from across our region to be spiritually nurtured and fed. This is a great opportunity also to create a support team of other directors and to generate refrshing ideas and approaches back home at your church.

• Sub-regional Workshops: Several times a year your consultants travel to locations within our region to provide workshops for your teaching staff. If you would like to be a sponsoring ministry of such an event, please contact your Children's Consultant, James Scott for how this might be possible.
