ABOUT THE YOU/SPONSOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Leadership Training is a 24 hour workshop of spiritual and personal growth that explores the nature of effective leadership, and seeks to enhance participant’s leadership skills. It is planned and presented by the Regional Team which consists of the 4 current Youth of Unity elected officers and the adult regional consultant. It is held at a centrally located church and begins at noon on Saturday and ends at noon on Sunday.

Current and potential YOU leaders from each chapter and any YOUers wishing to enhance their leadership skills are welcome to attend. Current and potential Adult Sponsors, Youth Directors and Ministers are also welcome. Officer candidates are encouraged to attend and are given an opportunity to practice answering candidate questions in a small group setting.
